As i book junior suite room at...
As i book junior suite room at price of usd144.00. but the room was very small and specially bath room was very dirty with old model fixtures towels were very dirty expired and room tv was old model with broken panel. this was junior suite room.
how were standard rooms you can imagine.
The only problem was with the internet....
The only problem was with the internet. There was no wireless connection available. I was told there was dial up in the room, but it took three phone calls and an hour to get it set up, and then the connection was very slow. The worst part, however, was the shock of a USD $100 local phone bill upon check out for use of the dial up!
The food is not very good. The view from the hotel and at the pool is great.

I came to this Hotel at long weekend in beginning of June , and I should wait almost 45 minutes to have a key room . They should prepared it coz we already booked a week before.Their breakfast also had no much choices and taste was average..We could heard also noisy from other room .. so very not comfort for us to have honeymoon .
I enjoyed my stay in the hotel....
I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The food and ambience were good. The service right from reception to room service was warm and efficitent. However, I found the room is a bit too crampy for 3 adults, and the view is not good.
Despite all these, I'd sill recommend this hotel for those who travel to Bandung for holiday & quiet time!

I sent you a you a complaint about this terrible hotel whilst I was still staying there. Other than an acknowledgement I have had no reply to the complaint.
They turn the hot water off at 11pm at night and there is no hot water until 6pm. When you complain about anything, r ask for travel information their command of English at Reception and management level is non existant.
