Place was not as nice as the reviews
Overall was ok. Only that everytime we requested for something it took a long time for the staff to bring to us. There was no proper entrance to the hotel reception, you have to drop at the carpark at the basement and then take lift to the Lobby level in order to reach the reception desk. Doesn't make sense! When we checked out my friend accidentally left her camera on the reception desk, no one came after us, and when she returned 10mins later the camera was left on the same spot! That simply means the hotel staff at the reception were not very attentive at all. At least someone would have noticed it and kept it aside right?
Rooms
Rooms were pretty small! Looks big on the photos but they were actually quite small. There's no face towels provided. Isn't it a standard thing? Balcony in the living room had a nice view but I have no idea why they locked it and the aircon condensers were place right in the balcony. The entire unit had only ONE power plug point. Didn't like the flooring, should be carpeted as we were in air-con area so everytime we stepped into the hotel it was cold on your feet!
Food
Room service food was ok but alittle pricey for the quality. We ordered alot of food, and one of the dishes - satay was hard like rock! Breakfast food was ok, not much variety. Could have better range of things. There was food item like steamed potatoes?? Seriously?
Kitchen
Utencils like pot and pan provided with cutlery and places and bowls. Nice. Should provide extra plastic bags for the bins.
Cleanliness
House keeping was good, everytime we came back to our apartment the place was cleaned up already. Great job on that.
Location
Location was pretty good as we could walk to places like Pasar Baru, and there's a Braga City Walk (Mini mall) right at the same location. Was hard to hail for taxi though.
