The room is clean and spacious. But when we checked in all the lights above the beds went out. But they replaced them right away. Breakfast was okay but a little messy on the tables. The waiters did not clean them quickly.
Apperance,cleaness of the room is good.But dinner buffet served in the malabar restuartant was very expensive.As tourist we really cannot afford. The breakfast also not up to the mark.
The room is acceptable but the toilet does seems a little run down. The hot water system does not work properly due to the low cold water supply to the room. Breakfast was ok other then the few smokers puffing away and cause a little discomfort. A little far from the factory outlets and restaurant. Staffs quite friendly.
When new the hotel was new it would have been nice but it has not been maintained. They have a great kids pool with slides but it is rusty and has not been maintained. Pictures of hotel are not recent. The website says it sleeps 2 adults & 2 children but they wanted to charge us extra for a rollaway bed for a 2 year old.
