The location is good but the overall room is rundown. There aren't any towels when we arrived. The TV remote was out of order.

overall, i wud consider above average, surprising hv WIFI, close to factory outlets and walking distance to shopping Complex with CARRFOUR/SOGO/Starbuck/Food outlets. Overall travelling in Bandung is convenient by angkut( public transport)and even Taxi is cheap

Front office services was excellent. I got my rooms less than 3 minutes. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. My rooms were clean, a bit small but cosy. Breakfast not much varieties but good. Not to miss Elegence SPA which is just a walking distance - very cheap! For shopping, you need to have a transport to dump all your shopping bags. It took a few minutes drive to factory outlet. Overall the hotel is value for money and recommended to budget travelers.

Dear Madam/Sir,
Yes! my sisters, niece, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Sukajadi Hotel when we were in Bandung. The location is great, a walk away from a good restaurant - Pak Chi Met where we had delicious ikan bakar, a walking distance from a good spa, Elegence? ( recommended by the hotel staff) and also Paris van Java where we did our shopping and some good factory outlets were also nearby.
The hotel is clean, staffs are polite and friendly and helpful. Our rooms are clean with basic necessities. Breakfast has a good spread.
My only regret, we did not get rooms wih twin beds and facing the swimming pool. Perhaps you should provide such information to potential guests. I hope hotel will provide hair dryer in the room.
I have also recommended the hotel and your efficient services to my family members and friends who are going to Bandung soon. Thank you.

Location: Not really convenient if you have no own transport. Factory outlets are located mainly at Jln Dago, Riau and Setiabudi. Have to get taxi or 'angkutan'(public transport)
Room Toilet: Clean but unpleasent smells coming possibly from the sewage.
Breakfast: Local food and not much varieties. You may want to get your own breakfast if you are not used to the local food.
