We stayed for a night at this hotel the day before Eid Mubarak. The atmospherer in this hotel was so ethnic with full of ancient Indonesia culture. We reserved for superior room but we got the Executive one. Our room was in the new building which is located back the old hotel. The room interior was so different with the hotel atmosphere. It waas simple and no decorationat all. The bathroom was thee worst one coz there was not hot water and the water came out so small. Overall is good enough for 3 stars hotel. The location is perfect near from factorry outlet , Paris Van Java and way to lembang.

Hotel yg bagus, tapi sayang akses menuju hotel sangat macet, dan parkir susah.

Hotel should provide airport transfer and also facial towel.
Overall, its a value for money hotel. Clean and nice. Most staffs are friendly.
this is my 3rd time staying in...
this is my 3rd time staying in Hotel Sukajadi.I love to stay there because the location is very convenient.
Near to Paris Van Java and we can easily walk there.
The bad point is the Hotel is a bit old, i think they need to renovate the toilet because is very scary is stay alone in the hotel.
Anyway, i will still choose to stay in Hotel Sukajadi for my next visit to Bandung. ^-^
Security guard is too greedy. those ask...
Security guard is too greedy. those ask for tour guide from receptionist, receptioinist must get security guard to call tour guide. security will mark up at least RPH100K on top of package charges.
Same if you call taxi to airport, we need pay extra as taxi driver need pay sukajadi hotel security guard "tips"...
Everyday came out from hotel, 1st thing is, security guard will ask us go volcano as this is their chance to have "side income"..
Room condition: my room was out of air condition supply. I was suffer with hot day whole night. Wardrobe was only half. No idea why. Suspected it was last corner room.
Room service: what ever in menu is not available. Only fried rice and white rice.
Surrounding environment is nice.
Location is good. Transport convenience.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 days. The lift was not serviced until the 4th day and have to use staircase to third floor. The breakfast was boring. It was the same b/fast almost all the day, not much choice. The housekeeping was not really done well. Have experienced toilet got stuck, and called the plumber to flushed it out. Bathroom got a kind of smell. Bath towel not really cleaned properly, experience itch after using it. Door access not working after 3 days, have to go reception to activate it. My room has no windows. Location wise, 15 mins walk to Sogo. Hotel location is just opposite the famous Pak Cik Met ikan bakar, worth to try, very yummy.
