Simple hotel for a 4star hotel
Hotel staff was excellent. The service was excellent too. I booked an executive room and expectation was a bit high. But the room was just slightly bigger than a normal superior room and design of the room was simple. Need to make the room more attractive. Totally different from photos. Swimming pool is very small. Never saw anybody swim, not even relaxing by the poolside. Also no iron and ironing board in room. Need to call them to deliver and return within 3 hours. It would be better if every room is provided with an iron and ironing board. Price of executive room does not match actual room. Facilities like the gym was good. Hotel location is far away from shopping area. Couldn't find any good restaurant in the hotel area except for streetside stalls which I wouldn't dare to try. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if shopping is your main itinerary. But I'm satisfied with the friendly staff and excellent services provided by them.

A place that full of smile
my experience at Novotel bandung is superb! i will definitely stay there again if i travel to bandung next time. During check in, non smoking is yet to be ready so i take the smoking room , after in the room less than 10 mins, a staff came in to spray air freshener to clear off the ciggarate smell. Furthermore, my request to novotel to have a suprise birthday for my wife and they gave it complimentary. A birthday cake and a card signed by the staff and also decoration on the bed itself really makes my wife happy. Thanks novotel and i highly recommend anyone who goes bandung to choose novotel.
Love everything except ..
This is a great hotel and I was pleasantly surprise how modern it is. I was really happy to hear that the suite I ordered came with high tea. The spread is good enough and I am most impress with the service. What I didnt like is the location which is fairly far out but the hotel has paid transport to bring you around.
Pleasant stay at the Novotel, Bandung
The staff were really helpful and friendly. The meals in the restaurant were good and good value. The hotel was much cleaner than other hotels I have stayed at in Bandung. Crowded on the weekend but the staff remained unfazed.

It's just too small swimming pool and its location is less convenient
location is good, very convieniet to factory outlet,setiabudi, jalan riau,the valley, kampung daun , etc..room was great, clean and defntely worth for money..it was just the aircon that was not cool enough n kept turn off by itself. but after calling the maintenance service, everything was settled. it was a great stay!!
Value For Money during New Year Eve
It's worth it for spending New Year Eve. I will stay as well for business trip.
"Difficulty booking in" -i.e. claimed there were no non smoking rooms & that I had not requested same despite AsiaRooms booking confirmation clearly indicating the request! Checkin staff advised the room charge there would be an additional Rp 153000 than the amount stated on the AsiaRooms confirmation. Their explanation was that this amount was for "taxes" even though they were unable to detail or itemise the actual taxes. On checking out @ 0600 3 days later I pointed out that the AsiaRooms confirmation showed that the rates varied from the first to the third nights & he adjusted the bill accordingly. After a combination of three flights along with connection times etc a smooth checkin would have been a nice end to a long day instead I had to deal with two individuals that did nothing inspire a confidence that you would expect of a chain hotel(ACCOR). After 30 mins a non smoking room was found & we were allocated a room.
