Noisy in the room; playing music from the restauirant
The location of the hotel is not a stratergic place. There have nothing surrouded at the area. No shopping, no proper food (except the hotel), no cafe and etc. The housekeeping team is very lazy. They did not properly clean my room. The hotel food has not much variety. NOT Value for money.
Cozy and modern room
My first impression, the location was at the heart of bandung old city, surrounded by many historical site, but unfortunately it is also located near a traditional market so the nighbourhood was a little bit slumplike.
But anyway the interior design and the room design is fine, if you like a modern, cozy and minimalist room, the hotel is for you. Breakfast was good and the choice was abundant. Good value for money.
Wonderful
It was great staying at golden flower hotel. The service was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The food have lots of variety and the people are very service oriented. It was a great and wonderful experience staying at golde flower hotel bandung.
Very nice hotel
I've fully satisfied with the hotel during my stay. Customer service and bell boy were very helpful. Food variety for breakfast was OK and tasteful. It is very near to Pasar Baru and quite far from Factory Outlets, but for me it doesn't really matter because I have a transport and also a driver to drive me to anywhere I wanna go. Overall it was really a good hotel and I would definitely choose to stay there for my next trip.

I felt like I was staying in a hotel located in KL Jalan Kuching or Brickfields. No doubt, the service was good, the hotel staff attended to you immediately on your request.
I got a room which is facing the street which is quite noisy. The air cond is very bad as it stayed at 25'C all night long even though we switched it to 18'C.
There must be something wrong with the water heater system as the 2nd person who go for shower will not get the hot water. The rain shower looks trendy and modern in the bathroom but the water volume is so pathetic. It is like drizzling....
After all, it still considered a good stay for the value of money and location. We added 1 extra bed and we got discount on that! The food in the hotel is nice and affordable, I miss the ayam bakar so much.

As I frequently travel to Bandung, and tried different hotels managed by Kagum Group, this hotel is the best among Grand Seriti or Serela, room is spacious, bathroom is chick and clean.
Staff service is good, but not excellent. Breakfast offered variaty of menu, also good.
Hotel location is in city center, walking distance to Pasar Baru where you can buy cheap clothing in dozen quantity (like ITC or Tanah Abang in Jakarta), you can go to Museum Asia Afrika also in less than 10mins walk. also walking around city blocks is a pleasure thanks to lovely city pedestrian.
But during my stay, as my room window overlook indoor courtyard (in which host breakfast, dinner), apparently some people book the restaurant for an event that produces loud sounds with microphone in the noon. This kind of noise is not acceptable for 4-star hotel and for those who love peaceful and quietness during stay.
