second coffee hard to get...
+ friendly staffs,
+ clean and nice rooms,
+ nice city-view,
+ calm place
+ fair rate
- a little away from city centre,
- the rooms at 5th level are noisy (heater and air conditioner machine on the roofs)
- the staffs who are in charge at breakfast rooms dont understand good english that its hard to get a second coffee
