Bad service from Asia Rooms
Very bad service from Asia Rooms and The Banana Inn hotel.
Not Professional. They booked a room that i imposible to use.
Booking a room on 23 Mar for 22 Mar, very bad service.
I spent my money for the stupid service, pay a room that i can't use it.
Very very disappointed. Poor service and bad management.

Short 4 days shopping stay
I travel with my wife and my daughter just for a shopping trip. The Hotel did not make arrangement to pick us up (which we thought would have been nice) but be that as it may taking a taxi was not a problem. On the whole the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The chambermaids were fantastic and the reception staff and the coffee trainee was just fantastic. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting to shop in Bandung.
December 2010 stay
I had a 2-night stay and I found the room to be nice, cosy and clean. Service is good but if you can speak bahasa Indonesia is a plus point because some of the staffs are not so fluent in English. The front desk officer helped me to book a ticket (IDR70,000.00) to Jakarta which they called 'Travel' and they did all the arrangement for me. The security guards were helpful in getting transportation (angkot or taxi) when I needed to go out to other places. I was about to hop on to one of those public transports to 'Rumah Mode' (factory outlet) when the executive chef was just getting off work and going home on his motor bike and the security guard had a chat with him and he then offered me a ride since he would be traveling that way. What a fun motor bike ride I experienced in Bandung!

- the rooms at 5th level are noisy (heater and air conditioner machine on the roofs)
- the staffs who are in charge at breakfast rooms dont understand good english that its hard to get a second coffee

Dkt dgn jajanan surabi imut, circle k, kfc, alfamart, resto mauneh. Satu jalan menuju tmp2 wisata.lokasi ckp baik. Ada mie pelangi sbg menu bfast. Ada acara mewarnai utk anak kcl.Fasilitas internet gratis ok.Staf hotel ramah. Harga yg ditawarkan asia room sgt murah drpd kita tlp lgs htl. Pesan via asia room sgt cepat n pasti. Asiaroom is the best no1.
