Execellent
My family and I stayed there for 4 days 3 nights and we found that the hotel location is great because it's next to Cihampelas Walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are variety of food for the breakfast and delioious. Nice pool and dining area. The gym is well occupied and clean. The room is spacious but bathroom's door cannot be locked.

Nice Hotel, Cold Services
A very good of mine suggested us to stay at the Sensa Hotel simply because the location. We have a 7 months baby that stayed with us for one night and he loved to go walk with us. So Sensa is the right choice because it is located in the middle of Cihampelas Walk that combine a modern mall and outdoor park.
When we arrived, I personally disturbed by the unfriendly gesture showed by the team at the fornt desk. I showed my booking number that I've got from Asia Rooms and somehow the Sensa staff mentioned that I book a twin superior room, instead of double. They said no superior room are available so either I upgraded to deluxe or they will simply put the twins bed into one (surely with a hole in the middle which was extremely uncomfortable).
Next, they did not even offered a help to hold my baby when I had to sign my card or at least offered that I can actually did that later when my husband finished park our car.
It was definitely a shame that a four stars hotel have such a bad guest relation. If only I knew I would prefer to stay at other hotel with a better, more friendly and surely helpful staff.

Love Sensa Hotel
i'm travelling to Bandung from 9th-14th Feb 2012. Sensa Hotel is very easy to find which the location was very near to Jln Cihampelas & Ciwalk Shopping Mall. Very convenience and happening place especially on weekend. Staff was very friendly and treat us very well. Try their food as well when stay there. Overall, staying in Sensa Hotel is worth it and recommended to all. Will come here again.

Comfortable & Affordable
Sensa Hotel turned out to be more than I expected, in a good way! :) I knew the hotel is gonna be awesome, just from the pictures.
The staff at the hotel reception are very courteous, friendly, cheerful and most importantly, well versed in English so there will be no communication barrier.
The security feature in the lift is a plus point (only operates when room card is inserted to the slot) to ensure safety and security throughout the hotel. I booked the Junior Executive room and it's really pleasant. It's really spacious, with basic amenities including Free Wi-Fi (though the connection is a little slow but Facebook works fine). :)
I had a hard time resting on the comfy bed as there were too many channels to choose from, on the lovely flat screen LCD TV. Too spoilt for choice. ;) The air-conditioning is also great. While the marble flooring looks awesome, it can be quite cold at night. This runs from the entrance all the way to the washroom.
The best feature of all, for me, is the huge window that runs throughout the room and washroom. It offers a great view of the whole city and also allows the morning light to enter. The feeling of staying in Sensa Junior Executive room is totally one of a kind.
Breakfast is complimentary and there's quite a spread, with mostly local food served. Taste is subjective but for me, it's not too bad and it's definitely filling. :) Do visit the pool as the view and wind is fantastic. One can really treasure the City of Bandung through all the sights and sounds.
Of course, last but not least, the fact that Sensa Hotel is connected to Cihampelas Walk (CiWalk), is the major plus point. A great place to shop and dine, it is definitely one of the must visits while one is in Bandung.

Convenient location BUT sound proof in room is very BAD
Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Location of hotel is very convenient BUT the sound proof in the rooms are really bad. Sound of heavy chairs dragged by guests as well as housekeeping staffs throughout day & night. Loud banging of doors from other rooms & guests talking to one another from outside the hotel room can be heard very clearly.
Noises from guests from the swimming pool can be heard from as early as 7am daily.

Booked for 3 rooms, the 3rd room was ready at 4.30 pm..
Request for non smoking rooms but only got 2 rooms, 1 room was smoking (bad odor)

value for money
Stay one night at Sensa Hotel, Location very good at Cihempalas.Hotel lobby connected to shopping mall with many restaurants available. Hotel breakfast many varieties with western and local food. Overall satiesfied with my stay at Sensa.
