Need thorough maintenance for toilet facilities, very unpleasant feeling despite it is a 4 star hotel located in batam.
Mattress is too soft causing discomfort for resting.
Room service - food served was cold upon delivering to my room, chicken & prawns was overcooked. Portioning was pathetic!!!
Overall should improved in the housekeeping area and room service. Food preparation is not exceptable.
Old, tired and grotty
For a hotel to host pictures and features which were probably taken 10 years ago ain't kosher. The rooms are old and detaed, the pool and outdoor areas were grotty, carpets stained and I killed 3 cockroaches in one afternoon. I won't be staying there again. On the flip side, the staff were excellent.

buffet breakfast is ok only......chicken rice is nice but the chicken itself was cooked like salt-steamed chicken so a bit saltish.bee hoon was nicely flavored but too bad not well done as they chew like rubberbands.
bed is king sized and facilities have rooms to develop,maybe have a minimart kind of place to get daily stuffs and tibits

The service is wonderful in the sense that the staff are very friendly and sincere. However (ironically), the receptionists' poor command of English makes the service at the desk slow. The food in the Japanese restaurant is value-for-money for the amount paid as the quality way exceeds my expectation. The buffet breakfast is not as fantastic as what the other reviews have commented. Nevertheless, for the non-smoking room I have and the view and space, Panorama Regency is definitely recommended!

The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are quite spacious but quite stuffy as the aircon is not cool enough and the swimming pool is too small. Overall the stay here is qiute enjoyable.
