Good Service, Nice Rooms, Value for Money
On first sight the exterior of the hotel looks slightly old and run down however the interior and the rooms more then make up for it. The rooms are big, clean and nicely decorated. Worth it for the price. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. We were met by the friendly staff at the ferry terminal and we took the shuttle bus provided to the hotel. The hotel is just a few mins away from the ferry terminal. The bathrooms are decent. The only issue is that the resort is secluded, its perfect for an escape but if you want shopping or nightlife i would not recommend it. Food is an issue especially if your on a budget. There are no food outlets nearby where you can get cheaper food. The room service menu is very limited and very expensive, the breakfast buffet did not have much of a selection and for one of the days of our stay we were served leftovers from the previous nights dinner. The Kelong restaurant however did have very good seafood at a decent price. The beach is not much of a beach but there is plenty of activities so its a good place for groups and families. The spa is nice, great service, nice spa environment and good massages at a reasonable rate. Will definitely go back and stay here.
