Beware of payment by credit card.
Lodging & service standards are good but payment by credit card sucks. I booked online & agree amount is $254.80 per room for 2 nights. I booked 4 rooms & total is S$1017.20
On checking out I was charged 7,64,4000 rupiah which worked out to be about 1090. I was charged by Turi & not Asia Rooms & the difference is about $70.
Therefore, be careful with cc payments & use rupiah for all transaction to prevent unhappy & shocking experience when the cc bill come.

A total rip off
The condition of the rooms in Turi at the old wing is horrendous. The supposed deluxe room that I've booked and given was so run down that it was not worth paying more that $50 for. Nothing worked in the room and the saw dust of the wood ceiling in the bathroom kept dropping onto the wash basin. We wanted the hotel to change room but they said they were fully booked. Also, the deluxe room was exactly the same size as the superior room and it was only called deluxe as it's beachfront. I felt very cheated as I had wanted a bigger room and thus booked the deluxe but it turned out to be the same as the superior. It was quite a total rip off!
An extra mile goes a long way.
I would like to thank Mr Antonio the GM and Hendro for taking the extra effort to ensure that my stay at the Turi Beach resort was a pleasant one. I had actually planned this trip as a birthday surprise for my wife. At such a short notice the hotel was able to acede my request of providing with a birthday cake that even had my wife's name on it. On top of it I was also grateful that they upgraded my room and managed to give me the view that I had requested for. On the whole I had a relatively pleasant stay and the service was generally good except that some of the restaurant staff (especially at the Yatch Bar) clearly lacked motivation and was generally inattentive to their guests. My only other observation was that the prices for the Spa and Aqua Sports are on the pricey side. Since the resort is relatively secluded and there is no much that guests can do there apart from these activities it will be good if the hotel can make it more affordable for people to enjoy these things.
Friendly staff but the resort is not as lively as it seems
The room was relatively clean but improvements can be made. Curtains and walls had insects and insect droppings. There were no towels provided to me and toilet was not cleaned well enough. Resort activities are limited and water sports prices are too expensive. Spa prices are relatively high too. Expected much more from a resort that charges more than others. The photos that can be seen from the hotel's website can be misleading. It is not a lively and interesting resort. Improvements can definitely be made.
