You can find a better hotel choice
First of all, the hotel is located at a quiet corner a distance away from the Nagoya Hill shopping mall. Ideally, it should be a 5mins walk, if not because the open field was being fenced up and we need to make a big detour.
Secondly, the road leading to the mall is dark and quiet, and definitely not safe for ladies or elderly or even a single person walking in the night.
No hoo-hahs about the hotel - a simple hotel with no facility and old too. With that price paid for, can have a better option else where.

Feedback of the hotel
The size of the room is acceptable for two people. The bathroom was so clean as expected, except the shower curtain. It was scattered with stains. Not only that, the blanket and the bed cover was also covered with stains. We had a hard time to sleep on that bed. Nevertheless, they changed the bed-sheet and the blanket the following day with very clean ones, no stain was found. In addition, the TV programmes and air conditioning were OK. Although the hotel was located in deep area, the environment was not quiet because of the futsal that was located right in front of the hotel. Their people played soccer the whole night until the next morning that makes me feel more comfortable with the presence of people around. Their breakfast was unexpectedly delicious. They served varieties of food even though it's a two star hotel. Customer service was excellent.
Good for a Budget getaway
For a 2 star hotel with the price tag is actually good enough for the accomodation, breakfast and facilities. Cannot expect much for what you paid. What they lack in quality is made up by their excellent customer service..

spent 3 nights in the Triniti and knew i was booking a budget hotel, and that is what it is-- excellent value, clean room, excellent shower but poor breakfast choice- although excellent coffee!!! would have no hesitation in using it again-- exactly what it says it is-- value for money
Budget hotel with easy accessing to shopping mall
The hotel location is good , it's easy to access the Nagoya hill shopping mall with walking distance. Have booked the vista rooms for 2 night but a little disappointed that the room size is quite small, the pillow cover is got many stain and the tower has some kind smell.Breakfast is ok. The wifi signal only strong in lobby. However, the hotel staff is quite friendly and helpfully. This hotel is suitable for those Budget travelers.
Good accomodation, Great value
This is not the first time I am staying at this hotel. As usual my experience was overall very good except for the fact that the front counter seems to be under-staffed (only 1 staff on duty) which may result in a longer check-in/out process during peak periods. Other than that my stay was generally very pleasant, rooms were clean and tidy and all amnenities in good working order. Will definitely return.
A cheap accommodation, a short walk to nagoya shopping mall..On the outside the hotel looks nice..The rooms on the whole is a bit old..We stayed in the standard room..The bedsheets were clean..But to our horror at the end of our stay we discovered that there was bedbug on the bed that we have been sleeping on for the last few nights..
Good Value For Money
This is one of the best "value for money" hotels in the Indonesian Island of Batam. Conveniently located in the city centre of Nagoya and within walking distance from the Nagoya Hill shopping Mall. My room was clean and well kept throughout my stay, although it was a tad small. But I suppose one can't complain considering the very reasonable room rates. My only grouse is that although the rate quoted to me at the time of booking was in US dollars but if I had chosen to pay using local currency or with a credit card, the hotel's conversion rate would have been very unfavourable. When I tried to pay cash using US$ the hotel was very selective about the notes that they would accept. So for those of you who are thinking of doing this make sure that you have new notes. They wouldn't even accept crumpled ones.

2. simple facilicate (Std Room) - safebox, free WIFI, no coffee/tea marker
3. breakfast included but with limited varity/dish. limited seat
4. room is not sound resistance/proof. Can hear noise/conversation from the common corridor especially room next to the lift (that where we stay)and i believe vice versa.
