Amir Hotel
Actually i wanted to make a surprise to my partner coz its our 1st years anniversary,but too bad the hotel can't manage to do that.I'm disappointed about that. The food not that fantastic cannot ask much coz its just a 3star hotel. The check in time was so strict at 1400hrs (Batam time) as I reach there at 10:00hrs Singapore time but its only 09:00hrs (Batam time),so i can't even rest as i have few bags with me. The rest i just can say,OK only

well, the stay is ok.. happy with the room service but not at the counter when check in as it's take too long time. The breakfast is not standard enough as 2 days of my stay they can't provide eggs. only thing is the location is ok as it's near the ferry.
receptionis
i like the room very clean and make me comfortable but i just a little disappointed because there is one receptionist that is not honest upon check-in & its staff may be too tired and sleepy or wht,i dun knoe.I was also remiss not to check before leaving the hotel,but .please help your guests who may be forgotten or not be cautious.that all.

Ideal place for a short break
Hotel was in a good location. Probably few minutes walk from the Harbour Bay ferry terminal. A lot of food courts, shops and shopping centre right infront of the hotel's doorstep. 5-10 mins taxi ride to Nagoya Town. Breakfast was very limited. Do not expect much. Room was ideally big but fridge was not available. I was staying on the 6th floor and there was a strong stench smell. The hotel price and location was a good deal. Otherwise nothing much to expect.
Payment Conflict
Experience was pleasant...except when Checking Out,the hotel counter ask me to make payment for the Hotel.i was surprised dat i have to check again my with my bank whether deduction have been made or not...after convincing the staffs that payment had already been made,then they decided to print a receipt for me...
