The only problem was when we went to eat in your restuarant for dinner.I dressed in a pair of long trouswers and a shirt with a collar and a pair of shoes, as it is quite warm I did not wear a tie. My partner wore a dress and shoes. Guests? were walking around in shorts, tee shirt and flip flops. Surely if you want your Hotel to be rated as a 5* you must insist on a dress code for dinner this sort of dress is OK for lunch but not dinner. Do you think that hotels of the 5* standard such as the Ritz, George V and Claridges would low people dressed like this in their restaurants - the answer is definitely NO.
I did submit a similar review at he hotel.
Itrust this is satisfactory.
