Value for Money!
I'm very happy with the booking throught AsiaRooms.com. It makes me feel safe as no money was deducted from my credit card when the reservation was made, payment in cash/credit card is make at the hotel. There was a dance group dancing and welcoming us when the coach arrived at the resort lobby. It was a very pleasant surprise and makes me feel instantly that i'm here for a great holiday! Staff are mostly friendly and helpful, except the staff in the coffee shop were breakfast is served. I think they are seriously understaff. Room is spacious and clean. However the Aircon was not working well in my room, there's a ceiling fan so it was alright. Swimming pool is big and beautiful.
Overall, value for money and I would visit the resort again.

shabby nirwana
Very old and many facilities in the hotel are in need of a facelift. Many areas you can see the plank floor caved in ie resort center and the verandah by the beach. Food is lousy and every expensive. The minimart in the hotel stocks supplies that sells at a price you can call exorbitant for a resort that is so shabby.
The prices for food ESP in the hotel is comparable to prices to higher grade hotels in Singapore, if the resort wants to charge Singapore prices then they better provide well maintained facilities and some quality service.
I m bringing my money elsewhere next time.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone...
The hotel staff was friendly most of the time. However, the restaurant food is very average and costly.
One of the worst thing is that over duing our stay there we could not get pool towels at 9.30am. When we asked them what we should do then, we have been aked to use our room towels. We then asked the house cleaning and they told us that they could not provide anymore towels for the day. It was really ennoying and not professional from this hotel especially at the price you pay the rooms for.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Claustrophobic experience
Very disappointed with the hotel room. The room given had no window and was extremely small - with hardly any room around the bed to stand - provided for a very Claustrophobic experience. Not good value for money considering location and what was provided. Would not recommend.

The hotel staffs were all smiles and helpful during our stay at the hotel, customer service was indeed very good! It was fun staying at the hotel, you wont go bored at all, it was really a good venue for relaxation!

Had a great time there, very convenient with all the facilities within Nirwana grounds well linked with shuttle bus and car (e.g. back from restaurant).
We had dinner at Baan Aarya Thai restaurant which had a great ambiance and delicious food.
prices are on the high side in general, similar to Singapore prices.
Room was lacking a safe deposit box but we could deposit our items at the boxes available at the reception area. (Safe deposit box are available in some rooms but not others).
Aircon had a musty smell upon immediate entry into the room, and shower curtain had a smell, like sweat.
All in all though, a fuss free holiday.

A fabulous location with excellent facilities. Fully self contained resort. A little overpriced when we look at some of the activities. But there are plenty of restaurants to suit every budget. Beach and the pool are irresistable.

Accommodation for the room was reasonable, there are many facilities to keep yourself busy. However there are no activities passed 6pm and food are rather expensive. In all, its a nice place for people to get away from the bustling city life.
