Enjoyable stay
We enjoyed our stay there.. Excellent staff.. We booked the Suite room and happy with it... Affordable stay.. Not much variety on food though...
superb experience
I didn't expect much about the reservation I made online since I have not been to bintan, but, cabana beach resort was suprisingly accommodating. They made my vacation perfect. The place was soothing and it helped ease out with my stress. Thank you cabana.
Good sea view rooms, bad food, no family activiies
Rooms have good sea view but food of not good quality. No activiies on the resort. For sea sports need to travel to another resort that makes our stay uncomfortable.

Never get the right temp for the shower. It will get cold one moment and the next moment will be hot. Hard to adjust to the right temp. Customer service was very good up to my expectation. Will definitely visit cabana again.

Hotel rooms were very cosy and clean....
Hotel rooms were very cosy and clean. Service was good. However, the beach was not good (no proper place to sunbathe when tide is high) and we had to travel to the sister resort to do all the water activities which did not make our visit very convenient. There were no other amenities/ resorts around ours so unless you are looking for a secluded getaway, this resort may not be your first choice.

Overall the hotel is good. Though it may be far from the Sea Port, but they provide shuttle service. The staff are friendly and they try to attend to your enquires.

It was a wonderful stay at Cabana Beach Resort! Rooms are spacious, clean, fully furnish and excellent service from all the staff there! The sea there is so good that makes you ponder why is there a need to travel to Hawali or Bali... The only letdown is the one hour journey from the Ferry terminal and the scare range of food available at the resorts "Restaurant" managed by the recept. It will be much better if they offer more Indonesian foods and local treats, rather than their current menu of not-so-good pasta, pizza and burgers..Apart from this, everything there is simply great!
