Good Location and serene.
Nice spacious and clean room. Environment is serene. Great for retreat and relaxation.
Only negative thing is the bath towel. It has turned off-white and worn. This has greatly impact on my view on this hotel, even though the room is clean!

Wow, what a wonderful hotel! Beautiful gardens surround the hotel. Rooms are spacious and have a nice atmosphere.The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's just a paradise. We had a hard time leaving the hotel. We stayed for two nights. When we arrived in busy and crowded Jakarta, we went straight for Bogor to the novotel golf resort to recover from the long trip from Amsterdam. we felt pampered and started the rest of our journey very relaxed. Highly recommended!
Nice Stay
I stayed one night which is enough to evaluate the hotel. The workers staff is very friendly and the hotel has so much nice view but the cost of value is every high compare to the accommodations. In general I had nice stay and if I have another visit to this city, I will try to stay more days on this hotel.

me n my husband has a great holiday on novotel bogor, they give us fruit for compliment at the room also, but actually i dont really like the bathroom cause they design it very modern style where the shower room separate from the toilet room.overall i like this hotel!great place for bring ur family.

The hotel was a nice place to get away from the bustle of Jakarta. The grounds and the pool were nice. However the rooms are quite rundown (missing tiles in the bathroom, peeling paint etc) and the corridors are very dark. The airconditioner was noisy...so don't forget to bring your earplugs!
The tennis court was in pretty bad shape. So although we brought our tennis rackets we could not play a game. The hotel could do with some renovation. The day spa was small but good value for money.
Overall, it was an OK place to visit but don't expect too much.

This is a very nice hotel that would suit honeymooners and business travellers and also those of us who like to travel with the golf clubs in tow. Isolated a little out of the way in a rual/housing estate for the very well off, the hotel provides a very relaxing break from Indonesian traffic and noise pollution. Lots of gardens, trees, lawns, green vistas and quiet retreats for those interested in a little contemplation, taichi and yoga. Hotel provides a taxi service for those wishing to visit the Bogor Botanical Gardens and other local points of interest. It will also arrange pick up. Remember that prices in the hotel (common to Indonesia) are gross - need to add "+ +". Which means there is a seperate government tax and hotel service charge. Staff are very helpful and low key. Good all round facilities expected in a 4/5 hotel. Bicyles are also avialable to take advantage of the quiet traffic conditions of the area. Separate bar and food pavillions including a wonderful spot that serves Sundanese food. If it's raining (and it often is in Bogor), find a quiet spot, listen to the rain drops on the attap palm roofing and enjoy a local beer.

We stayed six for six nights in the hotel, we visited the hotel last year also and decided to use the hotel for a couple of trips to Jakarta. Especially the Cappricio restaurant serves good food. In the veranda restarant on the last dinner we experience that the staff still has to be trained in serving the courses for all the guests on the same time. The staff in the hotel is very helpfull and kind.
