Very bad service. We stayed two periods: the first period by checking in, they had not the requested room. They gave us a room with connecting door to another room and with very bad sound isolation. They were working (serious noisy works from knocking and drilling machines all the time).
The second time, although all our requests and comments and negociations in advance after our first bad experience (but we had alreaydy booked in advance), again no room available, we had to change the room the day after at noon, but when we went at that time at the reception, again not available and so on...We had to come back in the afternoon.
This time our flight had 8 hours of delay and we arrived in the hotel at 4 am. We called them in the afternoon, to ask to keep our room, and to inform them about our late arrival and so on... but when we arrived... not the good room available: we had asked a quiet room, non connecting, and non smoking (and if possible, but not necessary double bed). This is a 4 star hotel with the unprofessional service of a 1 star. Time of the customer has no value for this hotel.
Breakfast was excellent: the buffet, as well as the breakfast served early morning in the room.
The location is not in the cleanest part of Jakarta..
