I am happy with the services provided and the restaurant F&B. The hotel staff are well trained and professional.
An absolutely average hotel - nothing special...
An absolutely average hotel - nothing special about the room or service. Staff were courteous and helpful. No frills room - few amenities - rugs really worn - intermittant turn-down service. I must admit that I now have high expectations for asian hotels - this one didn't meet them. As I said - absolutely average - nothing to complain about for sure but nothing to recommend it either.

for 12 years the same funiture everything is old and not more propper working, absolut not 5* hotel.

Rooms were average in standard, broadband internet in rooms was a bonus although a bit pricey.
Major plus was the excellent food (hot stone) in the bar below the hotel. I will be visiting there again for the food alone!

Good, clean hotel. Excellent outdoor pool. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Good central location. Would use again. Did have problems with non functioning aircon. in bedroom, but was given another room very rapidly. Very satisfied.
