Good service even though the staff majority...
Good service even though the staff majority had problem in converse in English. Luckily I can converse in Indonesian language. Helpful in providing info.

The hotel location is between the airport...
The hotel location is between the airport and the city. We used it as a transit hotel for an overnight stay. Being above a huge shopping mall it has plenty of places to eat at a reasonable price. Overall we found the hotel to be of good quality.

I chose Ciputra because it was easy...
I chose Ciputra because it was easy to reach from the airport. I just had an overnight stay and then back to the airport next day.

Superior Deluxe room is almost the same...
Superior Deluxe room is almost the same as the Superior room, except the location (closer to the lift lobby).

Perfect location (fast and easy access from...
Perfect location (fast and easy access from airport and other parts of the city, with large shopping mall directly attached). The high speed internet cable is ready in the room, but unfortunately guest needs to pay and to get special access pass from the Business Centre, and the price is quite expensive. It would be very convenient if guest can log-in into the internet by internationally renown system (such as iPass, GRIC, etc).

We've stayed at the Ciputra a little...
We've stayed at the Ciputra a little over a week ago. We were impressed mainly with personell and the excuisite service provided. Coming weekend we'll be back, need I say more?

I have stayed at Ciputra three times....
I have stayed at Ciputra three times. In comparison to Le Meridien, Crowne Plaza and Alila where I have also stayed numerous times, Ciputra has the edge in terms of proximity to the airport. The adjoined Ciputra mall is also a welcome convenience. However Ciputra's comparatively smaller room size and relatively poorer service standards let it down. The nearby Alila offers much greater value in my opinion.

-The Hotel is connected to the mall...
-The Hotel is connected to the mall unless you want to drive out, you can find everything inside the mall. -The hotel is relatively clean,has a beautiful swimmming pool & a fitness center to work out. -At night they have a live music where you can unwind. Overall I highly recommend this hotel to any visitors and/or residents.
