The hotel was well located with a very nice mall attached.every thing was perfect except wifi facility. the hotel should actually have free wifi facility in the lobby for the customer
Good hotel with a mall annex the hotel, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, even the people who cleans the room. Also was the hotel not too far from the airport. Further if you like shopping, there are 2 other malls, Taman Anggrek and the modern one Central Park, which are not too far from the Ciputra ( possible to walk overthere).
Rooms have been renovated, clean and nice with new carpet which is important as there are no stale smell. Very conveniently located, with a shopping mall attached to the hotel. Getting to the airport is smooth when you hit the expressway after a 15 mins ride from the hotel.

Perfect location for a two night stopover,...
Perfect location for a two night stopover, half an hour taxi ride from the airport. Very helpful staff. Located on top of a huge shopping mall with many choices of places to eat.
Room was standard and had a stale smoky smell but otherwise was fine. All rooms are smoking, as I called to ask for a non-smoking room and was told they had none. Breakfast was included and was a lovely buffet. The food was lovely with a huge selection.
