One of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed at...period!
They have everything just right: excellent staff, great buffet breakfast, excellent location, Blue Bird taxis outside - who always use their meters, decent size rooms and very good room service.
The managers deserve my full praise...keep up the good work...and well done again!
p.s I did not see any families there - during my stay - but awarded them a 6 anyway as I am sure families would find this hotel just as appealing as I did. Nice pool outside the dining area.

I eat breakfast, get the fried chicken is not fresh. I immediately reported to the waiter, also supervisor .. please be advised . thank you for your attention.

Although I stayed here for just a...
Although I stayed here for just a day but i found it is very comfortable as the hotel room is very clean and cosy.
I do not have any problem to go anywhere as the taxi is available at any time and found that the taxi drivers are very helpful and friendly.
Food is served abundently and most of the food are very delicious.
The hotel staff are very frienly and helpful including the security officer.
I would be back to the hotel the next visit to Jakarta probably on March.
I recommend this is a good hotel and should not be left behind when you choose for a stay in Jakarta
