The place looked shabby, the room corridor smelled of mould, the room was really cramped.
Service was ,however, friendly and courteous, if at times a little inattentive (at breakfast in particular)

Always a great plus to have a breakfast room and always sought after. Would have preferred a continuation of stay based on the rate paid to Asia Rooms. Laundry service expensive. Good tours and travel service operated through hotel travel office & prompt refunds. Request for payment in connection to a recorded telephone message unfounded and unnecessary. A comfortable stay but bathroom a little cramped. Definitely scoring a plus where the requirement for comfort is concerned. Staff generally polite & courteous.
