Good location.. VERY nice spa and the massage is excellent.. Hotel is very close to shopping and business district.

It was my first visit to Jakarta....
It was my first visit to Jakarta. I found this hotel a very nice Hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. Do not miss the weekend rate which is %20 less than usual rate. If I go agin I will stay at this hotel.

Everything as great. Hotel shopping arcade with convenience store was perfect! Room was well appointed although I didn't require the nice business table that I didn't utilize. Business travellers might appreciate it more!
Gym was well equipped with both machines and free wights. Straight length pool was great for swimming laps!
Hotel should provide free wireless internet service in at least the lobby area. Majority of hotels in Jakarta do. Unfortunately this one didn't. Charges for internet access were on high side which is passe for hotels of repute. (That's why facilities only 4 smiles!)
Hotel entrance road was a bit hard to get to cos the entrance is tucked away off a side road that is not easy for taxi drivers to find. A couple of mine had trouble locating the entrance even though we could see the hotel building! Side road is also dark so its not advisable to walk there at night.
Breakfast had great spread, especially the Japanese cuisine! But restaurant was a bit too small and crowded. Otherwise food was great.
The restaurant SCUSA served great food but the bar crowd was thin at night. Good for a quiet get-away.

Fantastic hotel, great value for money! Pool is lovely and well maintained. Hotel was child friendly and staff were great. Buffet breakfast and dinner, well worth the price. Overall, an excellent holiday.

Good hotel for business. Breakfast room and buffet diner room a little bit too emtpy and lacking of ambiance. Food was good but not a lot of fresh fruits.
Reception desk, checking-in and out, was not well organized with no order in line and mixing-up guests who need help with guests who simply want to check in or out fast. This was quite poor and made me loose time and satisfaction with quality of this hotel's service.

Mid-Plaza is a very nice hotel. Modern -chic decor , services was good and staffs were friendly-Buffet b'fast was quite good many to choose from and i enjoyed the full body massage.The location may be a bit put off,right in the central of business area but overall 3 nites stayed,very enjoyable.
