The hotel was quite ok, just don't expect anything spectacular. Its location is fairly poor. While on the edge of Kota walking around the hotel invites some none-too-complimentary stares particularly for caucasian females. Like all of jakarta, the area is absolutely overrun by traffic and not too pedestrian-friendly as a result. Fortunately the taxis are very cheap and plentiful. In terms of value for money the hotel was pretty good. The rooms were comfortably large, clean and well maintained. The pool and gym were small but quite reasonable. The staff were courteous, friendly and prompt. Overall, it is a reasonably good hotel if you wish to be in North Jakarta and dont mind the surrounds.
