actually when i make a booking, it has been confirm that i and my family stay in a 3 bedroom apt. when i check in and enter the room, they give me a 2 bedroom apt. when i call the receptionist, they told me that the 3 bedroom apt has no power supply and will locate for me next day. so they give me extra bed. in the morning before i went out, i mentioned once again about my problem and they told me that they only can change my room after 2pm. when i came back from leisure after 6, i still have to wait for another half an hour to get me 3 bedroom apt. .

Staff were friendly and helpful. Insufficient lifts if busy, taxis not always available, Bathrooms poor. Hotel is in need of investment. .

Professional friendly staff, clean rooms, walking distance to amenity's, such as supermarkets and restaurants. I have stayed here on business more than 7 times, over six years, and the standard has remained consistently high.

It is a typical apartment hotel with...
It is a typical apartment hotel with decent size living room & bedrooms. Although there's a kitchen, equipments are incomplete, making it difficult to cook in the apartment. Shower area is ridiculously tiny, my son knocked his head against the pipe & soap holder many times, I scalded my skin when in contact with the pipe a few times & my hubby was having a difficult time turning & moving within the confined space he had to step out of the shower to the sink area to properly clean himself. Service is slow, we couldn't wait for the bellboy to pick our luggages we ended up lugging 6 pieces of bags by ourselves after waiting for more than 40 minutes. The elevator is another 15 minutes wait at least. Management should have a separate elevator for their staff. Overall experience is quite a letdown.

I am Indonesian but has been living...
I am Indonesian but has been living in UK for 8 years. I always love going back to Jakarta as I used to live there for many year, to see friends and family. My experience about this hotel is always very good, as I have a family, I need more than just a hotel, and Aston Rasuna is an Ideal for a family accomodation, because my children can have they own place to sleep. And other than that a big bonus is the facilities they have in Aston Rasuna, such a playground, lovely garden, place to walk, lots of restaurants, mini market (its very usefull for getting things with the young children and 4 big swimming pools. Nice local food in the complex area. Its safe and Fun. We had a great time in Aston Rasuna for our 2 visit in Jakarta and would highly recommended to everyone, single and even better for a Family. Its great location,too!
