Great hotel located right in the central of Jakarta
Good, comfortable and centrally located hotel. Good value compared to other hotels located nearby. Room a bit small but acceptable. Staff are charming. This was my 2nd stay with this hotel.
Fantastic location!
The hotel is very clean, grand and spacious, located smack bang in the middle of everything and directly opposite 3 shopping malls, which is very handy considering traffic is a night mare in Jakarta. The room is designed with a high standard & comfort in mind. The only downside is the room is very compact!

Unpleasant stay
Wasnt happy with this hotel. Firstly there was an issue with the price I had paid on the internet, Then the security stopped my wife from entering the hotel with a small tub of Durian that she bought, and intended to eat as soon as we went to our room. They claimed that this fruit was too smelly and would disrupt other guests, which is fair enough, but they should at least have signs posted, (I wouldnt think there are so many rules in a hotel, which one pays for) The rooms were too small, I could barely fit my suitcase or should I say our suitcases in the room. The hotel is more suited to business people, but definately not for couples or families.
Good location for business, value for money
Stayed at Nikko for the fourth time, experienced the same good service, nice food. Location is good for business, for meetings. And really good value for money.
Great Hotel
Wonderful Hotel, great value for money and brilliant location. Service was a little slow in the Hotel Bar, but would still go back again. Recommended!
Good choice and good location.
This is my second visit to Hotel Nikko, it has been a pleasant stay with such a good service
and good location at a reasonable price. i would recommend it for business traveller as well a
family as the biggest shooping complex in Jakarta is just opposite the hotel which u can find
from reasonable pricing to high end products all under one roof.
