From the moment we arrived till we left the service and attention given was 5star. The extra couple of dollars paid to stay in the Manhattan Suite were well worth it. The breakfast (as my other half says) was yum and enough to keep us going till dinner. The spa in the bathroom is a welcome relaxing experience after a days sightseeing and shopping.

The room was very nice albeit small. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would change is the internet broadband service, the fact that I needed to go down evertime I had to use the internet for an hour or so. It is not friendly if I need to use for an hour or two despite the fact that they had the 1-day card. Other than that it is a very nice hotel, definitely value for money.

The hotel is quite new. However, the room service is extremely poor, take 1 hour to get the ice cube. And the Reeption always get one to two person though a lot of people waiting. How can a five star hotel like this ?
