contrasted experience
Manhattan was well-kempt , room was spacious clean and well decorated. location is excellent too.
However, simple things that create a true 5-star experience were overlooked: no toothbrushes, i had to bring my vehicle in and out through the back of the hotel, tissue roll was 2 squares from empty.
Food was of high quality and delicious--but again, simple oversights were their undoing: 1 pair of cutlery for 2 orders of room-service, breakfast set missing items etc...
