We had a really great time and...
We had a really great time and its great value for money, the breakfasts are good but you need to get in early before 9 or there is not much left. Great place to relax and unwind, and the starf are very helpful and friendly. The evening meals are ok but there is little variety. There are some great restaurants 10 mins away in a taxi and some restaurants will even pick up you up at no extra cost, but with the Taxis only costing 20,000IR 2usd its not a problem. We will be going back very soon.

The location is perfect if you have...
The location is perfect if you have a long transit ahead and don't want to deal with the infamous Jakarta traffic jams. They also provide free flight check-in and terminal shuttle services upon request (24/7), but do have the right amount of change to pay for the airport taxes, as the bell boy/concierge/desk won't return any change. The rooms are clean and quiet, but it's a long walk if you happen to get rooms at either end of the hotel. Breakfast starts at 4am, and since they check-in for you, even if you have a 6am flight, you can still grab a bite to eat before heading out. We were fairly impressed, although the non-smoking rooms still had the odour of cigarettes, but that's to be expected in this part of the world.

The non smoking rooms were quiet well...
The non smoking rooms were quiet well presented although some carpet burns on floor. There was a seminar going on and some noise late into evening from participants. However overall the facilitiy was good, service good and very handy for persons in transit.

This is the hotel you need if...
This is the hotel you need if you are simply overnighting in transit. The hotel is directly upstairs from the arrival/departure terminals. We stayed in a Superior Room so it was only a short walk to the room. The room had recently been tastefully refurbished, so we had a pleasant stay with an ample buffet breakfast included. This hotel is not good for people who have difficulty getting up stairs as there is NO lift up into the hotel, only LOTS of stairs, SO IF YOU ARE ELDERLY OR FEEBLE OR IN A WHEELCHAIR, PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY. Apart from that we had a very enjoyable stay and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. I will definately use this hotel again!

The hotel was ideal for us for...
The hotel was ideal for us for what we wanted, being a transit hotel for us travelling to another destination in Indonesia. The only downside was the range of food available for a meal in the restaurant which we felt was very limited.

The only advantage of this hotel is...
The only advantage of this hotel is that it is located in the airport. So if you have an early flight next day and arrive late to jakarta it's very convenient.

Best place to stay if you are...
Best place to stay if you are on transit in Jakarta and you don't want to waste time with getting in and out to town. Very nice service, the staf even organizes everything around your connection flight, so you can enjoy your breckfeast while it is checked in for you. Booking via Asiaromms.com also very confortable and reliable.

(Stay: 15 Feb, 2009) The hotel would be perfect for travellers with an early flight the next morning. The room was clean and spacious, and despite being located within the airport complex, we were not disturbed by the noise of the planes. There is a hotel restaurant, but there are also lots of eatery at the airport (Indonesia and Chinese cuisine, as well as familiar MacDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken etc.). The hotel breakfast buffet begins from 4am, so no worries about missing out even if you have to catch the 6am flight! Downfall: no escalator or lift to the rooms, but some very steep ramps to haul suitcases up/down the 2 floors.
