Somerset Berlian's service is impeccable from the security to the reception, bell hop, maintanance and also restaurant crew.
It was amazing that the manager himself came down to introduce himself upon our check in at the reception area. They were always a step ahead helping us out, as we had a family emergency during our stay.
They have drivers and cars that you could rent should you need someone trustworthy to bring you around.
There's a minimart operating at their basement which is well stocked - extremely useful for service apartments. Only upset was that the in-room dryer is more of a heater. Other than that, it is almost perfect - in comparison to other Indonesia accomodations I've been to.
I just stayed there for 1 night. I chose this because of its location to my meetings and its price.
For 130 or so bucks I got a clean, spacious, and well furnished 2 bed apartment. The service was quick and friendly, and the whole place had a serene ambience that didnt remind of the city's chaos.
Highly recommended, next time will spend longer.
