overcharged again
great location if you are heading to various government offices or banks nearby (walking distance).

The stay was very bad right from...
The stay was very bad right from check-in. Took too long to check-in inspite of having a confirmed booking for two rooms through Asiarooms. Reception had no confirmation of certain changes in dates that had already been confirmed one day earlier on telephone. Special requests like non-smoking floor and double beds had not even been registered. Cleanliness in the room was below standard....found hair on the beds and the linen was crumpled and dirty. Accessories in the rooms were dated. Door to the in-room fridge was broken in the hinge. Bathroom had naked wires hanging. Housekeeping staff as well as room service staff were good but badly let down by staff at reception who didn't pick the phone frequently. All in all, a bad experience and certainly not recommended.

Spacious room but with old looks, dirty carpet Good coffeeshop with excellent coffee, but they make promotion for Wifi connection which is not working, and theyalways said it was sold out (vouchers), but actually nobody was using the connection.
