This is a lovely hotel with very friendly and extremely helpful staff. While it is probably aimed at business travellers, the staff were extremely helpful in recommending and assisting to arrange tours to areas outside the city. When you don't speak the language this is very helpful! All the staff and services were of excellent quality and obviously paid great attention to detail. I will definitely return to this hotel!

Cosy, Huge room space & Clean
we have enjoyed our two days stay at sunlake hotel, because of cosy lakeside location. Breakfast menu was fantastic and so as dinner and the seafood restaurant food located in front of the hotel was tasty too. We will recommend this hotel to our friends. Really liked it.

I had a very nice and pleasant stay in Sunlake Hotel Jakarta.I'm very impressed and satisfied with the services provided by the frontline staff. They were very helpful and patient even though there was a language barrier. Thumbs up for the services! Hotel room is so spacious with all the required facilities and amenities. Overall, I'm very Satisfied with my stay! =)

I stayed in Sunlake for more than 5 times during my visits to Jakarta. YOu would consider yourself lucky if you can get the front facing rooms which will give a beautiful view of the lake infront of the hotel.
The hotel offers great value of money with very spacious rooms, good facilties, and a great service.
The reception at times becomes a little focussed on earning more profit for the hotel, but the checkin and checkouts are very smooth.
The pool is very well maintained and the tennis courts are simply refreshing.
The most appreciative thing is there is a Indian Restaurant attached the Hotel. For travellers from Indian subcontinent, it would be a great advantage. Though i would not say that the restaurant food is excellent, but defenetely good. I loved the dal kichadi with pappad. Delicious when you are really hungry and longing for indian food.
