dirty as there was no housekeeping before we moved in.
Basic necessities are available in the room. but the floor, blanket, balcony and kitchen were not clean. we doubt the floor was swept before we checked in. rooms and toilet are spacious.
breakfast ok.
we could not connect to free wifi via our netbook, thus, we were asked to use the internet in the business center. after used, we were to told to pay Rp30k for checking flight status only. we were not told that usage of internet in the business center is chargeable.
Staffs are friendly.
Right name on the wrong training.
Receptionist did not care of what written in your print out e.g. price, request of non smoking floor, type of bed etc. Very poor maintenance, this hotel should be rated 2,5 star..
Our Trip To Jakarta
The Hotel is clean and nice but the breakfast menu is lousy.
Room is not that clean
There are cob webs at the conners and edges of the ceiling. The floor is not well cleaned and worst the balcony floor is dirty. There is one towel and one face towel provided. When requested for towels only given one additional towel. The transport charges from hotel to airport (which is 25 mins away) via hotel car is Rupiah $375000!
not my best experience
Absolutely not my best experience staying in hotel. Actually the price of 2 bed rooms is quite acceptable, but the room quality for cleanliness and taste of in-room dining were so awful. We had to ask our first room (no.2302) changed, due to the maintenance/room service still kept dirty floor. And for the 2nd room (602), the room smell was bad so we asked them to spray with refreshment(?).
The service sucks... I ask for e hair dryer N it came afta 12 hrs.. The hosekeeping clean the room but left the wet towels at the same place I left them without give me clean towels n also never change the bedsteads and when I call the operator four times before they could give me new towels and it took them three hours!!!!!

I didn't expect much from this apartment as the price was less than US$100. The food overall was excellent. Just a small suggestion on the fish and chip, it taste great but the presentation of it was just a bit disappointing, maybe they should place small portion of salad. The lasagna was gorgeous! I love the lasagna so did my husband. So was the burger! The free shuttle to the Ancol dreamland and to the Mangga Dua was so convenient. The green latte was delicious and the lady at the bar is beautiful (irrelevant but just have to voice it lol!)The only downside was when we first arrived, there was stained on the kitchen worktop but the housekeeper clean it as soon as asked. Overall it was a pleasant stay! :)
Family visit
Read reviews which were not always good. We felt it was excellent. Stayed in 3 hotels in Jakarta and this was the best. Great to have a flat for our kids. Great for Anchol. Good internet in our room. Lovely room service. Pools lovely but chilly!
Nice location for holiday. Have a shuttle...
Nice location for holiday. Have a shuttle service to Ancol and Mangga Dua. Taxi is available most of the time. No Wifi inside hotel rooms.
