A reasonable hotel
We only stayed one night but found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was good quality but a bit I felt it was due for a refresh. The bed was large and quite firm, which is the way we like it. Breakfast offered a huge choice, with staff on hand to prepare fresh hot food. The area seemed a bit run down, but we didn't walk, only went anywhere by car. Overall, pretty good value and we would stay here again.

Check-in was smooth. Location does not have any big malls near it so dinning outside the hotel is a problem. Internet was very bad. Though you can connect to internet, it was painfully slow. It was only during off peak hrs that you can use but the speed is still painfully slow. Both coffe cups has stains in them. No tissues were provided in room except for a spare roll of toilet paper. Good thing is drinking water dispenser is available in the corridor. Rooms defintely needs renovation.

The hotel was being renovated during our stay and our room was yet to updated which did show. There was also free internet access in the room which at times was rather slow. However the staff were very nice and helpful and the food including the breakfast buffet was excellent.
