Not worth it
They couldn't find my booking with asiarooms and had run out of the one bedroom suites we had booked, so they upgraded us to the two bedroom suite. But looking at the two bedroom suite got me wondering, how small was the one bedroom? Amenities were alright, fridge, cooker and washing machine, with a small dining table for four. They locked one of the other rooms. The main gripe i had with the bedroom was they only provided one pillow per person and when i requested for extra pillows, they said they charged 11000 rupiahs per pillow per night! What??!!! Very disappointed by that! Another disappoinment was the buffet breakfast. The buffet had bread, cereal, eggs and 4 local dishes, fried rice, vegetables, meat and soup. And it wasnt tasty at all. For the amount the are charging even after the discount from asiarooms, it is not worth your money. The only saving grace was it was only about 10mins to the nearest mall.
No air-con @ lift lobby...very stuffy
Breakfast is bad.
We stayed in a 3-room apartment and it's only meant for 4 adults. When we requested for extra pillows/blanket, they imposed extra charges which I never experience this kind of cost when I stayed in other 4-star hotel/apartment.
The facilities are ok and we were amazed that there's washing machine!
I would suggest the hotel to provide kettle and microwave oven in the kitchen and improve on the maintenance of the apartment.
The nearest shopping centre is about 10 minutes drive from the hotel, provided that there's no traffic jam. No other places of interest could be reached on foot within 30-minute walk, I guess.
The swimming pool is quite nice. There is children playground but my kid couldn't enjoy it, coz there are nursery children using it early in the morning and when they finished using it, it's too hot already. I hope that the management could improve on this too.
Food for breakfast is very few variety and not attractive enough.

This is a place u can relax in is in excelent/cond thru/out great views we stayed 32ndfl.has plenty of attictives to do for a family&a very nice hotel /next door with thru/acces ,music.good food.security was good in general its a big yes for me .but be carefull of outside flooring slipery in wet.

It is the cerappiest apartment i have ever been in indonesia. when you see the building the nearby facilities you get excited at first & soon it gets wind down as soon as you get to see the most dirtiest & depressing aparment i have ever been in my life. i have been to so many aparmnets but i have never ever in my entire life come accross this apartment. living in this apartment is like being on acontinous horror movie. what a apthetic awfull & low class is.The left have got no air condition & it reminds me of being on asauna each time i get in the left. the only good things about puri casa horror is the charming of kiki (recpetioniest ) & one very kind cashier that i forgot her name. she was more than a sister to me & she was a classic model lady in dealing with customer.i will not recommend any one to live in such apartment . i lived in block C & it is the two days that i will erase it in my mind as soon as i finish typing this.

Generally it is a good place to stay. But, the payment term is unfavourable. We only stay one night, but they ask the payment for two nights (1 night extra deposite)
