Excellent hotel
I found the hotel to be warm and welcoming. After staying at another hotel initially on my trip, this hotel was an excellent choice, Very clean, service was excellent and would recommend this to anybody who is looking to make Jakarta an pleasant experience.
very bad hotel
it was a nightmare, the worest two nights ever, the hotel was full of mosquito, i will never stay in it again 0/6
Good Hotel, but Food Quality at Ramadhan Boring!
I like the hotel service on reception, and all the staff at the hotel was nice ^_^ thanks to them, but i see they expensive on there rate (usually) thanks to asiaroom i got sheeaper price. The location near to manga dua malls and the transfer to that malls was free in speciall hours daily. I hope they add more malls to the free transport list!. What was good the staff was so care for my needs. What was not good : they made bad food and the same every day, for us at sahor time (in ramadan) so we felt sick of eating same few things every sahour. And we ignored that meal, some meat was not 100% cooked 70% (at sahour). We bought our own. Bu after ramadan in (idul fetr) they made very good breakfast ^_^. My note : why you made bad sahour to people who need fast. And then you made good meal in other time ? I was thinking maybe the manager was not muslim ? Any way please you need to give the best to all the customers.
i asked for internet inside the room at booking, then i called to know if all ok, they said i have to upgrade to better room to get internet inside room! So i canceled my booking, and re-booked different room (more expensive)!
all staff was friendly, but some of the taxi drivers on (white horse) who are in standby at the hotel was rude, they was asking to get extra money for nothing and pretend they not have change to return the remain. So you better curry small money change for taxi. As i don't give extra to rude drivers... I found some so angry! (who care!). But i hope the hotel make a report for customers to say there opinion on that injustice people who ask for extra money for nothing!

Great Hotel Value For Money
Service was good. Easy access from everywhere especially to the Jakarta Exhibition Center. Room was clean and lots of channels to watch on TV. Wifi at the lobby is great especially when you need to get connected via the internet. Overall experience - Very good. Will come back again to stay.
Hotel With Good Service
Room is clean since its also new with convenient chair, TV, bed and nice bathroom. But front desk didn't ask if we bring local car so the parking can actually be free but instead we paid Rp. 36000 for the car park overnight. The refrigerator was locked as well since the room service told me a night before there was this group guest not sure from where about. During dinner we ordered nasi goreng kampung which is also good. The other thing that is quite unconvenient is the location in front of small, smelly and dirty river. But everything was just okay. . .fair. . .thank you Swiss Bel
Nice hotel but quite up to standards yet
Nice hotel, nice and friendly staff, nice room and great shower but most of the staff don't speak english which make our lives a bit difficult at times.
Buffet breakfast and dinner were nice but most of the trays were empty and it took much too long before they were filled in again. If you are a vegetarian be careful because some of the staff think that Chicken is not meat and will tell you that a dish is vegetarian and has no meat while in fact it has got chicken in it.
Don't forget to take along with you your mosquito repellent! the reception area where the bar is, is infected by mozzies.

The room and toilet are huge and clean. The hotel is still new so everything is clean. The staffs are really friendly and they will assist you in every way they can. The breakfast spread is really wide and the quality of the food is really good. Worth the money spent for the hotel. They provide shuttle service to the malls nearby and they even have a premium taxi on standby to send you wherever you want to go, which means you will travel in comfort and in style. =) The hotels have a few security checks which is good too as it ensures our safety at all times.
The hotel is slightly far from the main city area though it is near to a shopping mall, Mangga Dua Square and Mangga Dua Mall. Do take note that these 2 malls closes at 7pm but they will start closing their shops by 5pm.. It is near to Ancol, the theme park, only 10 minutes away if there is no traffic jam. Be prepared for the traffic jam...it's not something everyone wants to be stuck in everyday.

The hotel was generally a very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The only setback is that it is rather far from the big shopping malls and may get stuck in the dreaded Jakarta jam for like an hour or more...trust me jakarta's traffic is horrendous. The hotel is actually a good location though for people who wants to tour Bandung as there is a local travel bus agency nearby that will leave in every 1hr interval to Bandung.
