OASIS HOTEL SUCKS
No warm water in the shower. No air condition. Staff are not friendly but few of them are . I liked the location anyway. That's all what I want to say. In brief , pay extra 15 bucks and get a better hotel .
Horrible hotel
This is the bad experiment i ever stay during my holiday, hotel condition to old & maintenance so poor. The toilet not working, customer service so slow & not polite, we tell them to do sonething but nothing happen, tel not working, no free wifi. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The staff of the reception almost didnt speak english and couldnt explain why i had to pay before.
The room was really dirty with hair om the the floor, no towels ( i had to ask 2 times before they did bring it) and holes of burning in the carpet.
There was always a security hanging around in a way that you get suspicious.
Other staff was freindly.
Roomservice didnt pick up the phone after several times calling.
It seemed that this hotel was only focussed at Indonesians

The rooms were stinking. The staff attempted to be friendly, however there was a fundamental issue of being able to speak/understand English, nor was anybody making an effort to do so. Very frustrating overall....
