Good place
The hotel is a bit worn off and it can be seen everywhere. Still everything is clean.
The staff are extremely friendly and polite. Always eager to help.
The room I had booked turned out to be taken on my arrival. I was upgraded to club room with all benefits. Rooms service is great too.
The only thing I wasnt very happy with is internet access. Even in club rooms wifi is not free and compared to other prices its quite expensive.
i found the hotel to be good but was unhappy that breakfast was not provided for this price aswell when booking the room the rate was in aud but when program was printed it was in us dollars aslo i was not told that the hotel would block $600.00 off my credit card which left me very little extra to use

Internet is chargeable in room and no free wifi at the main lobby.
Moving around is very traffic jam for client to fetch you up.
Room ids not ready and insist us to wait for the official check in timing which mean service is not personal.

the price i get from asiaroom is good but when go to hotel the price different and more expensive and the service is very bad .

Next time will stay on the Club...
Next time will stay on the Club floor which has been refurbished. Perfectly satisfactory 4 star with good service but tired rooms and expensive in room Internet. Japanese and Middle Eastern restaurants satisfactory but Fusion restaurant is very poor.

I THINK IT IS VERY GOOD HOTEL TO STAY IN JAKARTA CENTER FOR BUDGET FACILITIES AND ROOMS.
The positive points about the hotel are...
The positive points about the hotel are as follow:
1) Location is convenient
2) Rooms are big
3) Great selection for breakfast
4) Big gym area
5) Shopping mall beside the hotel
6) Pool of taxis waiting outside the hotel
The not too good points about the hotel are:
1) The path between the hotel and the shopping mall though is only 5mins away, is always packed with all sorts of people and it's rather dark.
2) The water in the swimming pool looks dirty.
3) Web request for non-smoking room was not available during check-in. However, overheard the counter staff asking another customer checking in @ the same time beside me if he wants a smoking or non-smoking room. Not too pleased with that.
4) Internet usgae in room is not cheap.
