new and simple
simple and clean overnight stay possibility. advantages: good location. well working wireless lan. disadvantages: space is very limited, therefore will problematic with more than one person in the room.

The room is small and there is no basic facilities like wardrobe or most importantly mini bar. it is more like a transit hotel than a boutique hotel.
