I Love Nusa Lembongan Resort
My husband and I stayed at Nusa Lembongan resort for 8 nights in September.
We are quite fussy and did not know what to expect...we wanted to relax and unwind.
We loved it. The ocean view villa was superb and we slept so well!
The Service was wonderful, the Manager, Widia made sure we had a terrific stay,we also loved the pool staff Sereya, Muriana and Sumbi.
The food was delicious, and the breakfasts very generous.
The alcohol is expensive but everything else makes up for that.
Whilst there we befriended and " adopted" a stray cat we named Megsie...I hope he remains the hotel's "lucky cat".
We will definitely recommend this resort.

Would I stay at this hotel again?...
Would I stay at this hotel again? Well, it seriously is in need of a true renovation, and the cleaning staff should certainly be replaced. If that is done, yes, otherwise certainly not. I think it is a shame that they've let a beauty like this going that far, it lost all his glory. Pity.

We really have very memorable honeymoon in this resort. Its really the right place to spend your honeymoon. On the back yard, we could get the view of sunset. Excellent room very comfortable. Room size, layout, housekeeping and facilities are generally good. The daily breakfast is particularly good.We enjoyed watching the activities on the beach during breakfast. It is the perfect place for unwinding and relaxing in a beautiful tropical garden environment - or on the beach if you wish. Restaurant for a sumptuous and inexpensive dinner and get some good recommendations for other local restaurants. We both enjoy for delicious food. But the bathroom was a bit dirty and we have a problem with shower. We wish they make a good renovate for the bathroom and clean up when we back sometimes.

Mushroom Bay is a gorgeous part of Nusa Lembongan and this resort has a spectacular view of it. The ocean view rooms really have great ocean views. The rooms are not brand new but are made of quality materials such that age was not a problem. The restaurant also has a lovely view and is a magicial place to have breakfast. If you are looking for a beach relax (snorkling out at the resorts pontoon is also great and free) for a couple of days (not in a huge commercial resort) this is the place for you.

The staff was very pleasant and tried to please. The location was good but not many places to go unless you were engaging in water activities. The rooms were 'tired' and everything needed a face lift. The beaches were filthy and littered with all sorts of trash including glass. We paid for a two night stay only to leave after one night forfeiting the money. We would not go back.

The hotel itself is lovely, the setting...
The hotel itself is lovely, the setting is very beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are in a great setting and are tastefully furnished. The bathrooms are very spacious but would benefit from cosmetic upgrades in the next year or so. The downsides (all minor) are that the service is not as smooth as on Bali- e.g. our bags were just left on the beach without us being asked when we were leaving because we were taking a private transfer. We also made the mistake of booking the hotel's private transfer service to get to Lembongan which was very expensive ($130) and picked us up an hour late. I would strongly advise anyone to go to Sanur harbour and negotiate privately for a boat across which will cost about $65-$70. The restaurant in the hotel is also slightly disappointing- the setting is beautiful but the food tries to be too Western- tomato based sauce seemed suspiciously like ketchup! But in their defence if you opt for a private dinner on one of the terraces they pull out the stops and the food is great. There are also a few decent restaurants along the beach that are well worth trying. In brief it is a thoroughly pleasant place to stay, good rooms, friendly staff, beautiful romantic setting. It won't take much (or I should think long) for the little problems to be ironed out and it will be a perfect island hideaway.
