The hotel itself is amazing. It does everything it says on the box. Gorgeous rooms, bathrooms, views, location. The only thing that let it down was the reception staff. Every other member of staff we met were fantastic but the reception staff seemed to have a superiority complex and could offer us no help whatsoever. We asked about the bikes and were told there were none until we pushed. We were told our debit card wouldn't work but clearly it did when we pushed them to try it (although they still charge you3% for it. Take cash to pay for hotel if you can) Pretty much everything we asked they said it couldn't be done or didnt exist until we pushed or found it else where. It didn't spoil anything and the hotel is beautiful but just be aware that they appear to want to put little effort into anything. If in doubt ask the cleaning staff. They were brilliant! :D

Perefect if you like unfriendly staff sand in your beds shared bathrooms and stingy services. Lembongang is a great place this is not tho
Came over to Lembongan from 4 nights...
Came over to Lembongan from 4 nights at Legian, 4 Nights at 5 star in Jimbaran.
You have to match this place to your expectations. The Island has no shopping, no hawkers, no cars (plenty of motor bikes). Therefore our idea of what a Bali holiday should be.
It's right on the beach at Mushroom Bay. Generally quiet but there is a boat load of tourists from Bali Hai Cruises arrive every day and they use the Huts restort as a base for their daily activities like snorkle tours, Village tour, Banana boat rides etc. All these are available free to Hut guests.
We had a boat to take me to the surf at shipwrecks, the snorkling on the reef right out front is fabulous (you have to go out past the waves).
Rooms are fine - a bit cramped and no where to hang clothes but fine for a short stay.
Bathroom - shared but very well maintained.
Staff - friendly and helpful. Just don't expect too much from 3 star.
Food - Plenty of options along the beach but we rated the Huts ahead of most.
