Wonderful hotel among an unspoilt area of...
Wonderful hotel among an unspoilt area of white sand beaches. Very good food & service. You can't find a better value for money in the region. Really the place to be! I am planning a new trip there this month again!

The Novotel Lombok is a perfect place...
The Novotel Lombok is a perfect place for a week relaxing. The resort is perfect. Outside the resort is not much to do. The hotelrooms are very nice. We have enjoyed our stay very much. The beach is beautiful. Price of diner and drinks is more expansive than in other places in Bali/Java. Besty place voor honeymooners.....

paradise or heaven: what do you call it? the landscaping and architecture make this hotel a destination by itself. the villas are arranged almost in a maze, but what wondrous pleasure to be lost in! and the amazing pools! such imagination and good taste! good taste in the most minute details all around. definitely the better kitchen in lombok, although priced twice as much as anyone else. reception was exquisite. the guy who takes your bags, checks you in (and you are seated graciously). you get a refreshing fruit drink served in a coconut goblet, and a refreshing cold towel. the same guy takes you to the room with the luggage. he's knoweledgeable, speaks well and just gracious. as impressive as the surroundings. everyone is just very nice throughout our stay. and oh, a professional dance performance in the evening with dinner. balinese. how very exquisite. the hotel is far away from everything.

I am regular visitor for Lombok and...
I am regular visitor for Lombok and Novotel Lombok Hotel because I go there for surfing in every 2-3 months. Thus I am quite familier with this hotel. All hotel facilities are in good condition and clean. Hotel employees are very friendly and helpful to assit every need you ask. So at every past visits I checked in, I feel like that I came home !! There is only one restaurant in this hotel, surving local cuisine to western food with quite high standard. But if you have long stay, I recommend to eat out at Kuta area where you can enjoy variety of casual local food at much cheaper rate. SPA facility in this hotel is also in good standard so you should try it out.

Loved it! Beautiful beach, lovely staff, decent restaurant. It's a fairly big place, so doesn't have the charm of some of the smaller hotels, but we really enjoyed our time there nevertheless.

Hi! Novotel Lombok is OK, but not as great as expected. Actually, the hotel is far from everything and the sea is quite disappointing. The bay in which the hotel is located is splendid but if you don't have a car or a bike to move around, you're juste stuck in the hotel and I just didn't feel I was in Indonesia. Moreover, everything is expensive (buffet, food at swimming pool....) and the quality of it is pretty poor. Anyway, we had a good time though. Just be aware that you'll be far, very far away from everything... and take a villa instead of a terrasse room!!!

We had a 2 day stay at...
We had a 2 day stay at this hotel and have been very happy. The rooms are slightly tired, but we did not spend much time in the room. The grounds of the hotel are reallynice. The infinity raised pool was fab. The staff have been very nice, and I can recommend the spa. I was a bit put off by the automayic 21% tax and service but this seems to be the case everywhere on Lombok. The hotel is suitable for people who want to be resort based, and enjoy the nature and piece and quiet. There is nothing in the vicinity, and it would take over 1 hour drive to find any nightlife. I would stay there again for a short break away from it all.
