It was a very remarkable experience staying at the Sheraton. We were a group of 24 peple including children below 10. I am very happy that we were given the opportunity to upgrade our room to family villa. Excellent!

A relaxing wonderful hideaway. Very friendly, inexpensive and beautiful hotel. Most comfortable beds you'll find in Asia. We will certainly return in the future.

i found the sheraton a great place for holiday ,everything was first class ,friendly staff,help was easy to get if you needed it ,would recommend you at least look at the sheraton if you holiday includes lombok.

Resort was lovely - service was great = people very accommodating. Just think that there's some upgrading to be done, looks like hotel has seen better days - upholstery getting threadbare, towels in room and around pool are tatty. You just don't expect to see that, However site and service are ok.
A nice & clean hotel, good facilities...
A nice & clean hotel, good facilities and a private secluded beachfront making it convenience for tourists to walk & stroll along the beachfront without being bothered by any of the sales/travel agents. Though had a pretty bad experience with lost items during stay. Lost some branded pants on the first day, reported to guest service - found & returned, yet missing another thing the next day & day after - but since only realized when packing & going to check out soon - can't be bothered to report again. (not sure whether there are other missing items during our stay there).
