The place is nice with beautiful view and quiet environment, suitable for honeymooners. Very good customer service, with very friendly staffs. The foods are quite pricy,and not as hygienic as we expected. Overall the place is GOOD, but get the food and your snacks outside the hotel coz they're cheaper and you have more options. Thank you.

The price of 36$ is o.k., If you wish to stay in a Pauschal Hotel its nice. The taxi to town is 1$. But sengigi is not very special.

The Holiday Inn resort was fantastic, it exceeded our expectations. The staff were lovely and friendly, the beach bungalow room was large, with a big bed and the bathroom was just gorgeous. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the swimming pool. Thankyou, we would definitely come again.

The Holiday Inn Resort hotel rooms were clean and nice but the air con was not working well too!

We had a wonderful holiday at the Holiday Inn, Mangsit, Lombok. The staff at the hotel were helpful, friendly and spoke very good english and the grounds and pool were immaculate. We loved our room and in particular the indoor/outdoor bathroom. Our only complaint was that we had booked a room with a sea view but they had none available and that the airconditioning wasn't working very well. We were very interested in the turtle release program and think that it is a great innovation.
I think that since the hotel is quite a long way from Sengiggi and the restaurants etc that the hotel should consider providing a complimentary bus service at regular intervals throughout the day and evening.
On the whole, though, the hotel was good value for money and a beautiful, relaxing place to stay.

Thought the resort was lovely to stay at. Good value for money and very pleasent atmosphere. Enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful. The rooms were nice & clean. Gardens & Pool were great. Would recommend the Holiday Inn Resort in Lombok resort to people.
