Excellent!
Ou stay at Jeeva Klui was very enjoyable. The room was amazing, facing the ocean. Each room has a private terrasse.
The staff is very friendly and takes very good care of all guests.
You can organise a very romantic dinner in one of the gazebo on the beach at no extra.
Reception was very helpful to orgabise tours.
We look at the other hotels in the Mangsit and Sengiggi area and we are convinced that Jeeva Klui was the best choice for us.

Fantastic
Jeeva Klui is a stunning resort. I could not have been happier with my choice of hotel. When I arrived at the lobby I couldn't believe it - it looked just like the website - maybe even better in real life. There is no trick photography. The location is beautiful, the rooms are well designed and the staff are amazing. As it is a small resort all of the staff know everyones names and nothing is too much to ask, as I was travelling alone the lady at the lobby even helped me put sunscreen on my back! I couldnt have been more happier with the resort. I was only there for 2 nights, I wish I could have been there for 2 weeks. I loved the resort so much that I cancelled one of my day trips and checked into the spa and sat around the pool all day. The spa is beautiful, located on a hill to the side of the resort overlooking the ocean. The food in the "Warung" was also really yummy - I ate every meal at the hotel and found the food to be really good and also well priced.

Paradise!
Our stay at Jeeva Klui far exceeded our expectations. It was simply wonderful! The staff are friendly and like to get to know their guests. We were treated like friends and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and well priced. Our beach front villa was simply devine. Two comments I would like to make are- the rooms should include tea and coffee making facilities as standard. We were able to "borrow" a kettle and cups by signing a declaration that we would return them. A little bit annoying when checking out to carry a kettle back as well! The other is that helpful advice regarding things to do and see and tours we could take was lacking! We ended up hiring a taxi for the day and finding our own way around. Perhaps a tour desk with brochures and advice would be something to consider in the future. They were building extra villas when we were there and we had no prior notice of noise or the fact that the spa was closed. We were told when we arrived. Maybe an email or a note on the website should have been a consideration? . In saying that though, the noise never bothered us and we didn't miss the spa. The surroundings are too beautiful to be indoors! We would love to go back and would definately stay again.
