Great stopover
More than met our expectations.Decent sized rooms,clean,quiet and comfortable beds with lush pillows that gave me a good night rest.Staff were attentive,polite,helpful and always smiling.The buffet breakfast was more than adequate in fact tasted above average.I will not hesitate to revisit this hotel again my next trip to Makassar. Excellent customer service...
What I read on the review forum was what I got the moment I stepped into the hotel. After my flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, the smiles I got at Horison Hotel really perked me up and front office staff, Balqis really made my day. Kudos for the excellent job well done! Keep it up!

Well appointed public areas, efficient and friendly...
Well appointed public areas, efficient and friendly staff, from the bellhop to the reception personnel. Excellent breakfast, abundant Indonesian and Western items, made to order omelets. Elevators could use a refurbishing, some carpet in room and hallways are past due date and need to be replaced. Excellent value for price.
