Great hotel but no hot water!
The hotel itself is lvery nice. I don’t really enjoy walking through a scanner to get in to a hotel but I understand security. Reception were great on check-in. The room was very nice but there was no hot water from the moment I checked in at 9pm to when I checked out at 11am the next day. That is just not acceptable for any hotel. I had a head cold and all I wanted was the steam from a hot shower. I had to boil the kettle! If you book using Asia rooms make sure you give a credit card at check-in otherwise they won’t let you charge food to your room nor make a call out from your room. There is a small supermarket across the road from the hotel which is very convenient. I’d stay here again but if there was no hot water again I would be demanding they send up hot water!

I have one very annoying experience ar the health centre of the Hotel. I was told they have a discounted massage package (between 8-12 am) at Rs175000/- per hour. While I was having the massage the massue suggested an additional half an hour of massage, thinking it must be half of Rs175000 ie Rs 87500, I agreed. I got a shock when I went to settle the bill- I was told the xtra 1/2 hour is Rs 150000 and I had to cough out Rs 325000 for the massage. I felt cheated. Since I was busy, I had no time to follow up on this. But this was a very bitter experience. It is not the money. I feel I have been made a fool.

Comfortable stay, very friendly staff, from the GRO, staff in coffee house and restaurants. Very pleasant people.Food is not that excellent at breakfast eg Fried fish was too HARD. Fried chicken lightly overcooked, not juicy anymore.Half-boiled eggs also overboiled, rather hard.
Nice to have FREE WIFI internet in the rooms as in certain other hotels.Very convenient with privacy.
Swimming pool is very nice, being partly in shades morning and afternoon. Friendly attendants.
Door staff and sevurity ARE ALL very pleasant people.

I stayed for 3 nights in late January for a diving cum sight-seeing holiday.
The hotel looked new and with a very modern design. Service was excellent and the staff were more than happy to oblige our requests and even made suggestions whenever we had questions concerning transportation and things to see and do around manado. The rooms were well maintained and very clean. I have no complaints whatsoever about this hotel and recommend it very highly.
Very good for business travellers. However, for a full eco adventure holiday, it would be best if visitors stay at one of the resorts on Bunaken itself or something similar.
