Great swimming pool and excellent breakfast
The hotel and its facilities are great especially the large swimming pool. The deluxe rooms are clean and nice but they are not very spacious.
Besides the receptionists, the hotel staff has a poor command of English but nevertheless, they always try to help you.
A negative point is the sauna which was advertised in the hotel brochure but was at the time of our stay "under construction" or "non existent" (Because of the lack of English this point was unclear to us). The breakfast buffet offers a tremendous selection of excellent Asian and European food including great croissants and rolls.
I think the hotel offers really good value for money with a great swimming pool and excellent breakfast. I definitely recommend it to couples.

Whilst the quality ao food was excellent and well presented i felt that the menu could have been given a bigger choice and have more choice on Internaional foods.
The Hotel gave me an early check in and late check out at short notice and went "out of their way" to accomodate my requirements. They were really excellent.
Great 5-star hotel close to the airport....
Great 5-star hotel close to the airport. The hotel was great. Luxurious appointments, comfortable beds, great bathroom. In room LAN internet and big flat screen TV. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Room service tasty and inexpensive. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Medan.
Hotel room is smaller than average hotel...
Hotel room is smaller than average hotel room. Clean and new. New LCD with many channels. Staff is courteous but lack of understanding of english.
